I felt this way on and off with pressure for a few days then the face sensations had decreased in the last 2 weeks. Problems pertaining to this could have been from earlier.
Brief Answer:
Sinusitis to consider.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
In this case, first condition to consider and to evaluate further is sinusitis that may be caused by infection of cranio facial sinuses, or impaired drainage of secretions due to anatomical obstacles.
It is necessary to get evaluated by an ENT Doctor and to have done imaging studies of the head and sinuses (CT scan) in order to understand better your condition.
Hope I helped you.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.

Could it be a neurological condition because the pressure is felt along the entire forehead and as far low as the eyes area.
Brief Answer:
Neurological disorders unlikely at your age.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
This pressure location is typical for sinusitis, neurological disorders are very unlikely to cause such symptoms at your age, however, having done a CT scan of the head should give valuable information about the diagnosis.
Hope this helps.

Ehat about neuropathy or some degenerative disorder or possible symptom from exposure to chemicals or drugs? I myself took no drugs.
Brief Answer:
Such conditions very unlikely in your case.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for being on follow up.
Prominent symptoms of neuropathies include sensory changes mainly on extremities, degerative disorders affect mainly joints and vertebral column, if you don't do any drugs, you shouldn't worry about.
Chemicals also can result in peripheral neuropathy symptoms.
In conclusion, I don't think any of these conditions is causing your symptoms.
Best regards.

Thank you doctor. I don't do any drugs but spent a long time in a 3rd world country in bad places where I believe I was drugged at times including prior to these problems. Please let me know what I can do if I have been exposed to drugs and what they could have done if applied. I have had extremely sour feelings in the eyes at several times.
Brief Answer:
Drugs may predispose to intracranial hemorrhage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Use of drugs may predispose to intracranial hemorrhage, that starts suddenly.
If intravenous route is used then infections are a possible complication.
In case of infection high fever is a prominent symptom.
In both cases, a CT scan could give valuable information.
Regards.
