Question: Hi.
Hi am feeling some stifness of some stretchnes in my left leg from last 1 hour and im feeling my leg more heavy as standing now and from morning i was feeling that from the left side of mouth i have eaten chewing gum and little vibration on that side of lips.
What could be wrong ? What i must do .

Do Yoga for stress relief daily.
