What Causes Heavy And Long Periods After Taking Ipill?

Question: i have take ipill after unsafe sex with my partner after taking ipill i am suffring from a heavy and long periods. what is this ? and what i have to do now?normaly i have periods for five days only but this time after taking ipill my periods is going in 6th day and further on... is it normal or a major problem is there with me ..? have i need a checkup from doctor ..?

Detailed Answer: Hello there, Nice to meet you here, I pill acts by shedding the unwanted endometrium [lining of uterus],Thus discouraging implantation resulting in breakthrough bleeding. The breakthrough bleeding don’t need any intervention in most of the conditions as it went of normally after 4 to 5 days. Detailed Answer: Hello there, Welcome back, As I said already, using i pills for first time have prolonged withdrawal bleeding usually 2 to 3 days more than the normal menstrual bleeding cycle. Everything is normal if the bleeding is minimal [less than the normal menstrual bleed] and the usage of pads reduces with the following days.
