Brief Answer:
Less likely to be anything serious, but better to get yourself examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Slight bleeding post tubectomy is normal. I think you have mentioned about your spotting that might be the bleeding post surgery.
Usually post surgery, next period is usually heavy. If it is your period, it is normal.
In the absence of pain abdomen, nausea, vomiting, fever it is should not be anything serious, but it is better to see your consultant for examination. On examination they will be in better position to judge your situation.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.

It has been around 28 days since my last period. Its just much heavier than I'm use too. I do not have any other symtoms. I was nausious up until a few days ago but I am not anymore. I do not have any major pain, just still bloated with very minor pain.
Thank you!
