Hello and welcome,
I am so sorry you are having these miserable and depressing symptoms.
My suggestion is that you go to an infectious disease specialist at a large university hospital/clinic. Call the immunology-infectious disease department at a large institution and ask which of the doctors has the most experience with international and tropical infectious disease medicine. If the receptionist doesn't know, ask to speak with one of he nurses for a referral to one of their doctors. Call and make an appointment ASAP, as usually it takes a while to get in to see this type of doctor. You can also go online, look up a university such as University of XXXXXXX Hospital and Clinics, and usually you can read the specialty areas and research/interest that the various doctors are involved in to make sure you find one knowledgeable in tropical or international medicine. Here is a website for Univ. Virginia's: https://med XXXXXXX edu/infectious-diseases/
I would skip the current doctor who does not believe you about your travels and exposures.
While you are waiting to get in to see the infectious disease/tropical medicine specialist, I would advise you see a good gastroenterologist in your area.
I am a family practice doctor in the US, so I can help you figure out how to navigate the health care system, but I am not an expert in infectious diseases. We do have some infectious disease specialists on this site, most of them I believe are in XXXXXXX If you want to ask them for their ideas and tests that should be ordered, the way to do this is to close this current discussion with me. Then repost your question but in the first line of the question, write: FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASE SPECIALIST ONLY. An ID doctor will reply, but please be patient as they are not always on this site so it may take longer for them to respond.
One other thought - even if the local lab cannot do all of the tests that your doctor ordered, these specimens can be sent to an outside lab. There are certainly labs that can do exotic tests.
I hope this helps get you started.
