What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Having Mifepristone And Misoprostol?

Question: Hi , I had sexual intercourse on 31st oct, I missed my periods on 15th Nov (My normal period date), then i tested my pregnancy on 5th Dec and was positive . I took 1 tablet Mifepristone orally and took 4 tablets misoprostol vaginally after 24hrs , Bleeding started after few hours and i noticed the clot coming out .
Bleeding continued til 6-7 days and it stopped. It again started after 3-4 days and is still on. I used to change 1 pad per day but since yesterday i can notice comparatively heavy. I am changing 2-3 pads per day since last two days . Please help. I am tensed . :(
