Brief Answer:
bed rest
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, I understand your anxiety.
Placenta previa is more common and in twin sister pregnancy.
She has been given right medicine and most important thing is best bed rest.
Avoid sexual activity and take full bed rest.
Don't worry in case she takes all these medicine as prescribed and take rest there are good chances of uneventful course of pregnancy.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Our doc has said it is not placenta previa, instead she said it is only low line placenta which is different from placenta previa.
My wife still has very little spotting OR you can say just a mark of the left over blood every day on her pad. How can this be stopped OR it is common in this case.
We have fraternal twins and they have separate placenta. In such cases loss of blood due to low line placenta will not harm babies growth? As placenta is the one from where babies get food, oxygen etc...
will the babies growth be normal in such cases ? will this have effect on the nourishment?
How long the bed rest is advised ? how can we make sure babies growth are absolutely fine?

Brief Answer:
rest is very important
Detailed Answer:
Low placenta and placenta previa are almost same thing dear.
And if it is low lying then it is the most probable cause of bleeding.
In that case rest is the cornerstone of management.
Bleeding episodes are common in this case and in case bleeding is slight then most of the times there is no side effect on the health of the baby but in case bleeding continues or there is a heavy bout then the baby with affected placenta can have growth retardation and even death so rest is very important.
Most often nothing but rest till delivery is needed and nature does rest of the job and there is nothing which can predict or prevent bleeding in future.
So just relax and hope for the best.
