Brief Answer:
Diagnosis needs to be confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Heavy bleeding preceded by spotting can be due to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or bleeding around the fetus ( subchorionic haemorrhage).
The diagnosis needs to be confirmed by an ultrasound.
Dubagest should be started only once the diagnosis is confirmed.
I strongly suggest you to get an ultrasound done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
