Brief Answer:
Therapeutic D & C, if not cured by meprate
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding after 8 months can be due to endometrial dysfunction or hyperplasia.
Meprate is given to regulate the dysfunction in the uterine lining and endometrium.
I will suggest you to take the tablet as advised by your doctor and continue taking it for 21 days.
If the bleeding is still very heavy or irregular after taking meprate, then you should get a therapeutic D & C done to stop the bleeding and get the exact diagnosis by pathological analysis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
