Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
Heel pain is due to many reasons. It may be due to increased uric acid or bony spur etc.
I advise to get xrays of both heels in lateral view, fasting blood sugar, fasting serum uric acid, E.S.R, C.R.P done and send me the report.
Till then you can take declofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day.
Do not take this medicine without consulting your doctor.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
Its good that you wear soft shoes.
Drink a lot of water.
Try to avoid high protein diet.
I hope it helps.
Thanks.
Dr.Singh.
