You must see nephrologist at least once.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
As you said you had hematuria earlier for which you had taken treatment.
Causes of hematuria could be urinary tract infection or kidney infection like pyelonephritis or kidney/bladder stone or glomerulonephritis or injury to kidney.
Raised echogenicity means ability of various anatomical parts of kidney to generate echo signals on ultrasound examination.
In your case, there might be increased correlation between your raised echogenicity of kidney and chances of underlying kidney disease.
If your latest creatinine value is showing 1.3 result and if it is having increasing tendency, then you must consult nephrologist at least once for complete medical history and clinical examination to rule out kidney pathology.
Raised cortical echogenicity might be indicative of early renal parenchymal disease with your constant increasing creatinine level.
So,it would be better you must see nephrologist.

As u advised I will be consulting a nephrologist.
But now I am out of my town for 3 week for job purpose. So I can not make it before April 20.
Please advise me what are the care to be taken for this 3 week time.
Or is it so crucial that I should consult doctor here? If the treatment nature is long then it will be a difficulty.
I am 26 old male 70 kg
I drink 3.5 to 4 liter water daily.
I do jogging for 20 mins daily.
I do not smoke, drink very rarely.
I eat non veg once in week.
Please advise what to be done to my lifestyle. should I start treatment right away consulting doctor after 3 week will be ok?
Thank you.
It would be advisable that you book your appointment soon.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for the query.
As we are suspecting early renal parenchymal disease, you should also check for your serum urea, albumin level, potassium, calcium and phosphorus level.
If they come within normal range then there will be no issue, you can also see nephrologist after weeks but it would be advisable that you book your appointment to doctor as early as possible.
Your current life style regarding diet and exercise (as stated by you) is good and you can continue with that but always take high protein with energy dense foods with restricted fatty foods specially saturated fats with low calcium and potassium enriched foods.
