What Causes Hemorrhagic Follicle In The Right Ovary?
nabothian cysts are benign
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question
Nabothian cysts on the cervix are quite common and are benign.
Ovarian cysts can be normal as well but can be associated with some conditions like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. In this syndrome women develop cysts on their ovaries, have very irregular periods and sometime develop diabetes. With this syndrome women may also develop unwanted facial hair and have trouble losing weight.
Here is a site to read more about that syndrome if you feel that you have some of those symptoms

The finding of no pelvic fluid or free fluid is good and is an indication that there is no cancer or other serious condition involved.
If you feel that you have polycystic ovarian syndrome see your doctor or a gynecologist for treatment
