Usually blood pressure control is not a big problem in such cases
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
In case of acute diverticulitis, increase in blood pressure can observed. In any acute conditions in our organism, especially those, with severe pain or spasm can cause high blood pressure.
But usually blood pressure decreases when acute condition is over. E.g. the problem can be persist still, but pain over, then blood pressure will gradually decrease. Sometimes there is a need for hypertensive medications. But usually blood pressure control is not a big problem in these cases.
