Brief Answer:
You have high BP with tachycardia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

This means your BP is high and also pulse is raised. This looks like accelerated hypertension episode with tachycardia.

High pulse rate of 148 is pretty worrisome, you need to see doctor sooner.

You will need EKG , 2Decho and 24 hours holter test if indicated. This will help to know underlying cause and cardiac status.

So consider seeing cardiologist sooner.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
