Please get typhoid test done.
You can also get tests for Dengue, Chikungunya and any other viral fever going on in your area.
If negative, then just take symptomatic treatment for fever.
You can take paracetamol 500 mg as and when fever and bodyache are bad.
Also take folic acid 5 mg a day, and any B-complex.
Do keep in touch with your local PCP.
