Brief Answer:
High wbc count may be due to nplate side effect.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You are taking nplate. It contains romiplostim, a drug that increase your platelet count. Romiplostim can also leads to high wbc count. It is a uncommon side effect of nplate. If you don't have any infection then no need to worry. However repeated complete blood count is advised on treatment of nplate and after stopping of drug.
