Thyroid function test, oral antihistamine
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Regarding the temperature changes, I would suggest you to record it every 4 hour interval for two days, observe for any significant changes.
High temperature and excessive sweating is also noted in thyroid disorders, kindly get an thyroid function test done, which you have not mentioned in investigation. You can ask your local doctor for these investigation.
Regarding your flu like symptoms, it might be due to allergy, as you have mentioned that it occurs and goes without any intervention.
Changing weather fronts, cold temperatures, or excess dryness in the air, Certain foods (for example, spicy foods may trigger mucus flow) Fumes from chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, smoke, or other irritants. These are the triggering factors, if present kindly try to avoid it.
Presently I would suggest you to take over the counter oral antihistamine like ceterizine for a week. Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil 3 to four times a day. Saline nasal spray, Drink plenty of water, especially warm, drink at regular intervals. Wash your face with warm water in night before going to bed and gently blow your nose.
Try this measures you should find some improvement.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
Hope this helps.
Take care
I take cetirizine daily.
I am afraid that this up and down temp is symptom of life threatening condition.
Rule out allergies
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
As mentioned earlier, kindly record your temperature. As all your investigation are normal I don't think you need to worry much, but you have to rule out allergies, kindly maintain food diary for month, by this you can try to find if some particular food is responsible for causing it.
Changes in temperature might also be related to external temperature and your activities ( like after exercise, temperature will be on higher side).
Hope this helps
Take care.
