hi Dr, no history of any ailment.feeling dizzy some days bk and I decided to check my bp.only to find out it was 137/93.but yday it went down to 119/87.tis morn is about 125/93 again.

Basically at the age of 35 your blood pressure should remain below 140/90. At the level you mentioned ,you should focus on healthy life style .In your case both the readings are not high enough to start medicines .once medicine is started it becomes lifetime.I would like to know following details.
1 .Are you overweight or obese ?
2.Do you have family history of Hypertension /
3.Do you smoke or consume alcohol ?
At this stage I suggest following measures
1.Avoid extra salt ,Fast food .
2.exercise 30 min a day.
3.Avoid stress .Yoga and meditation will help you .

Am not overweight at all. I weigh 70kg.i drink alcohol but not much.i don't even smoke at all. my only issue is sleep. I work soo hard with little sleep.
