What Causes High Fever, Sore Stomach, Bloating And Lightheadedness?
Read below.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
It is a little unclear what do you mean by fever. Did you measure your temperature? Fever is defined as a rise in body temperature, simply shaking doesn't necessarily mean that. While shaking may accompany a rapid increase in body temperature that doesn't usually continue for 6 hours. So please measure your temperature, especially after these shaking episodes.
If there is fever then the first thing to be looked at would be an infection. It would explain lighheadedness as well. The bloating and sore stomach would indicate a gastrointestinal infection. However there usually is vomiting and/or diarrhea in that case. Some blood tests would verify whether there are changes indicating an infection (raised white blood count, raised c reactive protein etc) and if that is the case further tests for the source of infection. Some routine blood tests would also reveal issues such as electrolyte imbalance which could also cause such symptoms.
Another possibility would be a food allergy. If there are no indications of infection and the episodes are recurring a food diary must be started to check if they are related to certain foods.
