What Causes High Libido Post Surgical Abortion?
Question: I have had a surgical abortion day before yesterday and witnessed a rise in my sexual drive immediately. Should I be worried and how should I control it because definitely I don't want to get involved in anything sexual now. I had a clitorial orgasm and did not do any kind of vaginal penetration. Please let me know if this rise in sexual drive is something to be worried about
Brief Answer:
normal to feel it
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, there is nothing to be worried about it as it is completely normal to have the desire.
In case you are just afraid of pregnancy again then start taking oral pills which will help in avoiding pregnancy and thus relieve your anxiety related to same.
But in case you have a sexual drive but don't want to get involved with anyone then indulge yourself in some hobby or a job.
All the best.

Obviously I have been paranoid post abortion and felt very worrisome even though I did not do any kind of vaginal penetration or intercourse and only engaged in a clitorial masturbation with my under wears on. I still popped an ipill out of anxiety . I will like to know shall that have any severe side effects considering it was taken by mistake and I have had a surgical abortion day before and am already on antibiotics
