What Causes High Metabolism?

Question: hello my name is XXXX and I would like to know what are some of the steps I can take to battle my high metabolism system because no matter how much I eat one 1 hour after I get hungry. idk if it's the type of food I eat I really don't know. Lile I'm trying to gained weight.
