Brief Answer:
Endocrine

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to learn about your symptoms.

1 High prolactin can occur form a number of reasons. It can sometimes be a normal response to stress, such as a difficult or painful blood collection for the sample.
It can be from certain medications or pituitary causes.
It can also be a result of inadequately treated hypothyroidism. So if your TSH is high then it can raise the prolactin

Your prolactin is not nigh enough to immediately worry about a pituitary problem.

When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:

CBC
Electrolytes
Calcium
HbA1c
Liver function tests
Kidney function tests
TSH
Free T4
25 hydroxy Vitamin D
Prolactin (recheck)

2 It can be due to thyroid as explained above

Why not so in previous years , well, nature can be complex. The only way to be reasonably sure is to normalize the TSH and then check the prolactin. If despite a normal TSH, the prolactin is high then causes other than thyroid need to be pursued.

3 Regarding your weight gain, an inadequate dose of thyroxine tends to do this. So aim for TSH and free T4 in the target range. Once this has been achieved, weight problems cannot be attributed to the thyroid
Venlafaxine causes weight loss more commonly than weight gain

4 Neither is Allegra known to cause weight gain

Detailed Answer:
Most endocrinologists worldwide follow standard practice guidelines by expert authorities in the field of thyroid, and prescribe only levo thyroxine for the treatment of hypothyroidism. (The thyronorm that you are on is one such brand name for levo thyroxine)
T3 is not considered helpful in the vast majority of cases, except in life threatening emergencies where patients are seriously ill (.for example, in coma or in ICU).

There are couple other brand name medicines for levo thyroxine such as Eltroxin and Thyrox.

Please see an endocrinologist in person to have the elevated prolactin evaluated thoroughly
