What Causes High Pulse Rate While On Duvadilan?

Question: 27 year old 32 weeks pregnant third pregnancy..first deliveries were normal with healthy babies...had been taking duvadilon for 5 days on an 8 hour basis due to preterm contractions..the contractions has reduced as I am on complete bed rest but still pulse rate remain above 110 even while resting..is it normal??
