Hello dear.
Excessive bleeding for such a long duration can cause anemia, resulting in weaknesses, dizziness and fatiguability.
Anyhow, as you have a very high red cell and platelet count, we have to rule out some important conditions like hematological disorders, which itself can cause platelet dysfunction and excessive bleeding.
To suggest any particular diagnosis, we need to get detailed blood report including total and differential white cell count, red cell indices etc. Also, need a detailed physical examination to look for features like hepatomegaly, splenomegaly,, lymph node enlargement etc.
Your doctor will guide you.
Right now, you need not worry.let's wait for the detailed report and evaluation.
Wishing you good health.
