Brief Answer:
What are your symptoms?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I understand that you have high uric acid and you are advised to avoid high protein diet. I would suggest you to avoid sunflower seed or flax seed. There effect on uric acid level is not proven. Some reports suggest that they may causes decrease in uric acid level but still there is no solid scientific backing. I also want to know what are your symptoms? Do you have joint pain or stiffness? Do you have any kidney stone? If not then there is no need to treat asymptomatic high uric acid level.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
