The symptoms you described seem to be due to thyroid disease (Likely to be Hyperthyroidism).
You need to consult your Primary care physician and ask for the blood work to rule out any thyroid issues and if needed he may refer you to an Endocrinologist too. It is manageable and is very common issue. So no need to panic for that.
