Brief Answer:
It could be a thyroid problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I can understand your problem.

I need more details about your symptoms to be better able to help you.
But dont you feel hot in your entire body and sweating
Do you feel shaking sensations in your hands like trembling at times?
Do you have any other symptoms especially in the neck region like lump, rash etc

It is possible that you could have a Thyroid related problem. I suggest you see your Doctor and get Thyroid function tests done and let us know. If your hormone levels are raised this could explain your problem. We can then start you on medications with the help of your Doctor and it will slowly get better.

Do not worry, it should be fine in some time. But, do convey the reports to us or upload them on the site whenever they are done. Take care and feel free to ask any query regarding the problem. We would be more than happy to help you out.

Brief Answer:
Please see a Dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. It is good to know that the Thyroid tests came out normal. If its a cause restricted to the neckline then I suggest you see a Dermatologist who can evaluate local causes for the same as in some people the neck crease becomes a deep furrow leading to warmth and altered sensation. Some ointments or local injections could then be administered for relief. Do let me know what the Dermatologist has to say and if I can be of any help. Take care.
