What Causes Hot Feet And Hands With Pain In Hip?

Could be a depression
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As all the tests for abnormal peripheral sensations are normal, it is unlikely to be related to a serious organic medical condition. From what you have stated I sense that it could be from depressive episode. Depression can occur with regular stress and it can also occur biologically without any stress as well and depression can present with non-specific symptoms. You need proper treatment for the same. You can discuss with your treating doctor.
There are various effective therapies for depression like fluoxetine, venlafaxine, bupropion, mirtazapine or escitalopram and they are all very effective and mostly safe. You may also require some benzodiazepines like clonazepam or lorazepam for a short period like 2-3 weeks to reduce the anxiety and help with your sleep.
If you are averse to the drug therapies then there is also an option of cognitive behavioural therapy.
This therapy is taken by either a psychologist or a psychiatrist in which the therapist identifies impaired cognitions (Thoughts) and try to correct them. They are 15-20 min weekly session and there should be around 8-10 sessions to help you with your illness.
Further the other possibility is that at age 59 years you could be having a perimenopausal syndrome and that will also require you to take antidepressants.
It would also be wise to take some B12 supplementation and calcium supplementation.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

It would be wise to get investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow-up.
It would be wise to get investigated for hormone profile, B12 levels and calcium levels. All abnormal levels of any of these can also lead to the following mentioned symptoms.
At this point of time, I would not list Rheumatoid arthritis first in the list of diagnosis. The symptoms are not classical of RA.
Kind regards
