Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to changes in blood pressure (high or low blood pressure) or an electrolyte imbalance.

Did you measure your heart rate and blood pressure? What are the values?

I recommend going to the ER for a careful physical exam and some tests to investigate for the possible cause :

- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- some blood lab tests (fasting glucose, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests, complete blood count).
- an arterial blood gas analysis (especially considering the fact that you suffer from copd).

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
