Question: When it's hot outside I get hot my face gets red but I don't sweat, is there something wrong with me, I've always been like this.

This can be due to a number of causes, that includes high blood glucose levels if you are suffering from diabetes, alcohol consumption, dehydration or defective sweat glands that could be familial. I would recommend that you check on your blood glucose level both fasting and postprandial. Also I would recommend that you avoid using using alcohol and consume at least eight cups of water. Another cause could be consuming anticholinergic medications that leads to defective sweating.
