Brief Answer:
Please check your thyroid function

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your questions and understand your concerns.

Hot sweats are non specific symptoms and can be due to menopausal syndrome. Usually it start with menopause. If it is a new symptom, consult a physician to look for other causes like over-replacement of thyroid hormones or other blood disorders like carcinoid syndrome, pheochromocytoma etc

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further questions, I will be pleased to help you.

Regards
Dr Ajish TP
