Hi, face changes colour due to

Sun tanning - due to sunlight, melanin (dark pigment) increases in skin and leads to dark colour. Increased melanin protects us from UV light.

Blushing/Flushing - Redness of face over cheeks due to dilatation of vessels and increased blood flow in facial skin.

Face colour change can occur with disease like jaundice (bilirubin pigment deposition)

Sudden change the color in face becoming blackig, without being exposed ti the sun
