Question: i am having stomach pain with hyperacidity what medicine should i take i have diabeties and i had partial nephractomy done for RCC+ in 2007

For acidity I recommend that you start the following suggestions

1. Tab Omeprazole or Tab Ranitidine can be taken before food twice daily. You can get these drugs prescribed by your doctor.
2. It is important that you eat only bland food, avoid spicy food
3. Eat on time, do not skip meals
4. Avoid alcohol, smoking, milk and milk products
5. Continue anti diabetic medications
6. For immediate relief from burning Syp Mucaine gel can be taken 2 tsp three times after food
7. Make sure not to sleep immediately after dinner. Stay upright for two hours
