What Causes Hypertension?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
In most of the cases (in 98% to be more accurate) hypertension is essential (on its own without another cause).
Only in 2% of the cases it's related to the following causes:
- Adrenal glands disorders
- Renal (kidney) disease
- Hormonal imbalance especially thyroid disorders
- Excessive amounts of salt intake
- Anxiety and stress
The best way to deal with hypertension is a healthy lifestyle and diet together with adequate medical treatment.
If you were my patients I would recommend as follows:
- Eat a healthy diet reach in fresh vegetables and fruits, poor in animal meat and products.
- Reduce salt intake
- Reduce alcohol to a maximum one drink per day
- Stop taking to much Caffè and energy drink
- Reduce stress by avoiding stressful situations.
- Increase physical and recreational activities
- Loose weight
If all these measures don't help to stabilise your BP than you should start medical therapy to control hypertension.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,
Apart from the above mentioned recommendation you should take paracetamol or advil to lower your temperature. High temperature may be an aggravating factor for hypertension and stabilising temperature may contribute in the stabilising of BP.
Hope this will be of help!
