Question: I HAD A FALL ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. I HIT A CEMENT FLOOR WITH MY FOREHEAD RIGHT ON MY EYEBROW. EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT OK WITH XRAYS AND A CAT SCAN. HOWEVER, I AM NOW HAVING A BALANCE PROBLEM, DIZZINESS, AND STIFF NECK. COULD THIS BE CAUSED BY THE INJURY

Head injury caused by trauma following a fall is very unlikely to present after 3 weeks.Complications of head injury like intracranial bleed usually presents in less than 24 hrs.
At your age,another possibility for such symptoms is chronic sub-dural hemorrhage.But,you already had a normal cat scanning-so this is also ruled out.

symptoms like balance problem,dizziness etc can also result from vestibular disturbances(which can follow minor head trauma sometimes).This is a very common cause.After ruling out other causes like hypotension,cardiac arrhythmias etc,usually this can be managed by vestibular stabilizing agents for a few days. So it will be fine if you could consult an ENT specialist for evaluation.
