Question: Hi, Fro last 6 to 7 months we were trying for baby. My wife has PCOS. She was continuing Glyciphage sr 500 mg (3 tab /day) and Folvite. Her period was closely regular (cycles within 27th to 30th). She was prescribed to take Ovofar 50mg (1 tab/day) starting from the day 2nd to day 6th. Before the last month she was taking Susten 100 (2 tab/day) starting from day 16th to day 25th while IVF-C 5000 injected at 14th day (following the Folliculometric results). Last month our Doc. prescribed her Susten 200 (3 tab/day). She started it to take from day 18th. After 2 days she found herself unwell with heavy dizziness. Our family physician instructed her to stop Glyciphage after seeing her fasting blood sugar level 78 only. Last month she missed the period by 9 days. At 10th day she found a little spot. Our Doc. instructed to stop Susten. She stopped it yesterday. Today is 11th day, still she does not have a free flow period (Practically nothing is observed after yesterday ). We did the pregnancy test yesterday but the result was negative. We are tensed, why her period is not flowing normally if she does not conceived yet?
