What Causes Implantation Bleeding?
Question: Hi doctor,
ME and my gf were pleasuring each other with our clothes on. I was just kissing her and I did not touch her vagina at all. She was rubbing my private part but over my pants. After some time I ejaculated inside my underwear which I observed was wet from outside (The outer part of underware)while she was rubbing me over my pants . Once she finished rubbing, her hands were smelling . After this incident happened she went to pee. But before peeing she washed her hands with cold water without soap and that to just once. She then went for nature's call and wiped her vagina with same hand with which she was rubbing me. The incident happened on 5 March and her last periods were from 24 Feb to 28 Feb. She did not even have i-pill. She even had pricking pain under her right breast which lasted for 3 days and now there is no pain at all.
Doctor she has been having mild stomach pain for 3 days which comes and and goes by end of day (she sometimes get mild pain just before starting of her periods).
Doctor is she pregnant?

1.Hi doctor, thanks for the reply, doctor she had pain yesterday night around 3 AM followed by heavy bleeding which was heavy today as well with pain,doctor i have read implantation bleeding also occurs during the beginning of period which is accompanied by pain. Doctor is it implantation bleeding? because she always have light bleeding on first day of her period.

Hello sir, there are very less chances of pregnancy because 5th march was too early for egg to form in her body and also because there wasn't entry of sperms inside her vagina.
This is not implantation bleeding because that is very light bleeding and is off and on over 1-2 days and is just little more than spotting unlike periods.
Amount of bleeding in periods is heavy (as in her case) and stays for at least 3 days in normal women.
But still pregnancy test is the only conclusive evidence to differenciate between borhbof them.
There is no need to take a pregnancy test but still if you want to be double sure she can do the test even if she is bleeding as it will still give the result.

Hi Doctor, thanks for the reply,doctor today (2nd day) she has same amount of bleeding as on first day. She used 2 sanitary pads today and 1 sanitary pad on first day.Doctor today she had severe stomach and back pain. Doctor i had read online that implantation bleeding too is accompanied by severe stomach and back pain. Doctor are you sure its not implantation bleeding but periods because they both look the same.

Hi Doctor, thanks for the reply,doctor she Took home pregnancy tesT Twice which came negative ( single line). I have Told her to Take HCG BeTa Test as home pregnancy are not accurate.
