inability to ejaculate can be due to either inability to maintain hardness, depression, semen going back in the urinary bladder instead of going out or abnormality of ejaculatory reflex , post TUR or S/E of many medicines. please tell me in detail to consider each of these possibilities , then a line of treatment can be suggested

I do not feel depressed but I take several medications metropol,busepar, metforman and a small purple pill for hyperthyriodism. My body produces sugar but does not know what to do with it so it rolled it to fat. I was 400 lbs + and now i way 290 lbs.
