Hi and thank you so much for this query.
Please, what is your blood pressure when you are resting. It is normal for the blood pressure to increase during exercise. However, if the resting value is also higher than 140/90, then we may need to adjust your medications. Let me hear what the numbers are before concluding on this and making helpful suggestions/recommendations.
Until next, I wish you well.

resting today was 122/69
Brief Answer:
Did you feel so tired when you walked to your room?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The resting is normal. A quick question is whether you felt so tired getting to your room? Would this be considered a very intense physical activity by you? If it only increases after exercises, I will not adjust any medications.
Let me know what the response is.
