Brief Answer:
?Idiopathic Eosinophilia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Increase in blood eosinophil occurs in many conditions like
-allergic disease (asthma,hay fever, drug,food)
-gastroenteritis
-parasitic infection etc

As you don't have any other symptoms and I suppose your physical examination also concluded that. In this situation it is called idiopathic eosinophilia . Where no cause is found out.

To name it as idiopathic means your physical examination and blood investigations apart from high eosinophil should be normal. And you shouldn't have allergy to anything .

Treatment depends on cause and in idiopathic eosinophilia corticosteroids like prednisolone are used under guidance of your doctor . Steroids help in controlling the condition.

I suggest you to see an Immunologist for evaluation and to start you on medications accordingly.

Precautions is mainly from certain foods like fish, egg, nuts , mushroom (usually cause allergy but not always) which you should avoid. And also to keep a check on foods you are allergic and avoid them.

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Regards
