Brief Answer:
Normal phenomena
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear yes you are right generally first time pregnant patients feel movements around 22 weeks and rarely at 20 weeks.
It is fine at your stage to not to feel it yet.
You are soon going to experience them and believe me that will be one of the best feelings.
Wish you a healthy pregnancy ahead

Hi doctor XXXXXXX I recall ur husband being a cardiologist when I once was in need of one for my granny I have question
Hi doctor, my brother in law is 29 years old he has been suffering from chest pains for the past 1 weeks and pins and needles on the left hand. He went for an Ecg and it showed clear, what could it be? He's worried it could be a heart problem. It really hurts him he's chest every evening the pain. Like sharp pains in the corner of the arm. And jaw pains aswell. Left toe pains aswell
If you could ask him what he needs to get tested or done as the doctors in Malawi are not very great.
Thanks doctor for always helping

Brief Answer:
Precautions advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, thanks for trusting me.
I discussed with my husband and he said it is unlikely to be a cardiac cause but still he should get a Treadmill test done and also a neurological evaluation in view of possibility of cervical nerve compression.
Also take antacid tablets Digene or gelusil half an hour prior to all 3 meals.
All the best
