What Causes Increased Heart Rate While Suffering From H. Pylori Infection?

Question: I did ask before about H pylori stomach bug and I got all the information needed. My Question why after I ate if I am active and especially if I walk I get really tired feeling like a rock on top of my stomach and feel want to throw up but I can not and it bother me a lot whith my heart rate and my chest. Is that Normal that H Pylori can cause this.
Brief Answer:
For how long have you been managed for H.Pylori?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is not uncommon when being treated for H. pylori as the drugs and infection can cause these non specific symptoms. If you had been treated and it’s been a while, then we will need to further evaluate to make sure you are not having a dyspepsia. Dyspepsia refers to symptoms that are not caused by an underlying disease condition and often need more of dietary and lifetsyle adjustments to address them.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up if need be.

Brief Answer:
See a gastroenterologist for evaluation!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will suggest you see a gastroenterologist. An upper endoscopy will be able to document whether you have hiatal hernia or not and that will greatly change your management plan. Failure of lifetsyle measures is a valid reason for specialist evaluation.
I wish you well.
