Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. A heart rate up to 100 beats/ minute is considered normal. If your heart beat is 110 beats/ minute then is it mildly increased. The heart of a normal adult heart is 60 to 100 times a minute when a person is at rest. Hope 110 beats/ minute is your heart rate at rest. Most people have increased heart rate due to anixety.
2. If mildly increased T3 is present then please discuss your reults with a doctor should your symptoms be due to mild hyperthyroidism. It is not a serious concern but requires follow up.
2. BETACAP-TR 40 contains propranolol which is a medicine recommended to treat fast heart rate due to mild hyperthyroidism and anxiety. Please continue this medicine under supervision of your doctor. Please try methods to reduce your stress related anxiety like doing yoga daily for 30 minutes.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. Your thyroid function test shows T3 level slightly above normal. This is not a serious concern. Please get thyroid function test repeated after 3 months and if T3 increases more then consult your doctor.
2. You might continue the above medicine to lower your heart rate and reduce anxiety if you have mental stress. Heart rate is mildly elevated and after taking medicine for 15 days you will notice that it will be normal.
3. Gym exercises are fine to keep yourself physically fit. For mental stress you might start doing meditation for 30 minutes everyday. Closing your eyes for half an hour in the morning and sit in yoga posture will help.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek
