Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day,
There is absolutely no cause to be concerned about.
Having tachycardia(increased heart rate) is quite common in response to anxiety or any mood alteration. Also it could be manifestation of nicotine withdrawal.
Not getting enough sleep(uninterrupted 6-8 hours of sleep), excessive consumption of caffeinated beverages could explain the breathing problem you are experiencing.
I hope I have cleared your doubts. Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

How does Caffeinated beverages cause breathing problems? Just curious. Also I am overweight I am working on my health vigorously but am very concerned that I may have an underlying heart condition. Based on my family history and my weight . I always feel like there is a rock inside my heart it is a dull sharp pain almost stabbing sometimes? Also I get dizzy sometimes. Also I get a buzzing sound in my left ear ?
Brief Answer:
Symptoms likely to be due to anxiety neurosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
Caffeine is known to produce excitation of neurons of the brain. Moderate consumption may cause feeling of well being. But excessive consumption may cause fatigue of neurons and may cause vague respiratory problem.
Going by your description the cause of your symptoms is likely to be anxiety neurosis. Before labeling that as the cause and risking to miss something, it's always advisable to get thorough investigation.
I would suggest you to get 2 d echo cardiography and Stress ECG test done. It will rule out heart disease and normal test will be very reassuring to you.
