Question: Hello,
I am 24 years old. I've been experiencing hypersensitivity on my nipples and clitoris for a couple years. It is difficult for me to reach orgasm because even with the slightest touch it is unbearable. It is also permanant because I feel it 24h a day. No one could help me about how to resolve this situation so far.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Certain clarifications needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common in premenstrual phase in most of the women but as you said you are having it all the time and thus difficulty in sexual experience then it implies indirectly that you have high levels of progesterone in your body.
I would like to know if you have regular periods and for what duration the flow is there.
Also is there any recent stress or repeated mood swings or issues with your partner?
And that if this is a recent problem or its been very long that you are experiencing these symptoms and how long have you been sexually active?
Waiting for your response.
Regards
Dr Manisha

Hello Dr XXXXXXX

I have regular periods. I finish my pack of pills the wednesday and usually get my periods the monday, and start with another pack of pills the thursday.
We are getting on very well with my partner by being positive.
I have been sexually active since the age of 18 and I have been experiencing this discomfort for about 2 years.

Brief Answer:
Simple precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Very strange mam, there seems nothing that can lead to such a hypersensitivity.
But still try Visna gel on your clittoral region and on tip of penis while fondling for a few days and even months.
It is a simple non medicated gel which has a soothing and kind of lubricating effect.
For tenderness in nipples try to wear sports bra for a while and see if it makes any difference.
All the best.

Can you please recommend a similar product which is available in the UK. And also another solution for the nipples because I do wear sports bras really often and doesn't make any difference.

Brief Answer:
Self stimulation of nipples

Detailed Answer:
Visna is easily available but in case not then can ask for 'Yes' or 'woohoo' gel.
As far as nipple sensitivity is concerned then sports bra is one of the best remedies but if you are already using it regularly but nor relieved then try self stimulation of nipples during intimate time in a simpler, lighter and comfortable way.
Try this for several days and you might feel better.
Take care
