Brief Answer:
Yes the same bacteria can cause all these conditions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,
Have noted all your details.
As per your query,
The most common causes of IE in chidren less then 6 year is Ventricular septal defect and the bacteria involved is Coagulase-negative staphylococci (23.5%) and Staphylococcus aureus (11.7%) respectably. However exact causative agent can be diagnosed by Blood routine and microscopy with blood culture and sensitivity.

These bacteria's are often involved in pleural effusion,Myocarditis,MODS,So yes all these condition are inter related as same bacteria can cause all these conditions. The only difference between myocarditis is that it involve middle layer of heart while endocarditis involves inner layer and valves.

Thanks.
