Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to combined fungal and bacterial infection or eczema. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For such condition I would recommend using ointments containing anti fungal agents like miconazole, anti bacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

If you have ruled out STDs by tests then nothing to worry. Chlamydia or gonorrhoea can give such symptoms but if you have done test for that then it is most unlikely. Prostate enlargement is usual for your age. Ultrasound examination and PSA level in blood test will be helpful to rule out whether it is benign.

Fungal or bacterial infections are not STDS. But there is possibility of spreading so avoiding intercourse till getting cured is better.

Ointments which i mentioned is available as over the counter in brands like daktarin.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
