Brief Answer:
You need to see a psychitrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Depression and anxiety are common disorders that strike the younger population in either late 20s or early thirty. Having said this I agree with your point that sleeping difficulty is there due to anxiety or depression as it s common manifestation of these disorders initially.

I like to assure you that rather than being hopeless it will be better to seek professional help in person. Both the disorders are largely treatable and can get good relief within a span of two t four weeks. The best person to treat anxiety, depression and sleeping difficulty is either a psychologist or psychiatrist.

Please have an appointment with a psychiatrist as soon as possible as early intervention helps in early recovery.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.

Unrefreshing sleep is again indicative of depression

Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Unrefreshing sleep or unsatisfactory sleep despite sleeping is indicative of depression.

This is found in almost half of the patients presenting with depression.

I hope this helps you further.
