Brief Answer:
It could be musculoskeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Ribs and intercostal muscles are present below the breasts. So,the pain could be of musculoskeletal origin.I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
I prefer an Xray CHEST-AP View & PA views. If anything is suspicious in Xray,I will go for CT scan of Chest.
Please consult a Chest physician, get examined and proceed accordingly. Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
