What Causes Inter-menstrual Bleeding 11 Months Postpartum?

You really need a full evaluation from your GYN doctor to rule out GTD
Detailed Answer:
Hello and I hope I can help you today.
Bleeding when you aren't supposed to have your period is always abnormal and needs to be investigated and treated.
However, since you had some regular cycles since the baby was born and before this whole episode started, i highly doubt this bleeding is due to any remnants left of your placenta still inside. Also you mentioned that you aren't pregnant, so I assume you did a pregnancy test at some point and it was negative. Retained placenta or other gestational tissue tends to produce pregnancy hormone, so in that situation your pregnancy test will remain positive.
To properly make a diagnosis you will need (at a minimum) a test of your hormone levels and an ultrasound of your uterus. In that way it can be determined if you are bleeding due to abnormal ovulation, or from a physical issue with your uterus, such as a polyp or fibroid in your uterus. All of those possibilities are treatable it is just a matter of making the correct diagnosis.
So I wish there there was a way to give you a better idea what is going on but I hope the information I gave you was helpful and that I adequately answered your question and please do not hesitate to contact me further if you need any additonal
help.
Best wishes, and I hope you get better soon, Dr. Brown
